Job summary

Square Cow Movers is hiring drivers and movers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead moving crews, drive 26 ft trucks to job sites, perform inspections, and ensure safe handling of clients' belongings while delivering top-notch service.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, daily tips, and a company 401(k) match. Travel for long-distance moves is possible.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews.
• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods.
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

What You'll Do:

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews


• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites


• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections


• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods


• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs)


• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $15.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience


• Paid Training


• Daily Tips - Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips


• 401(k) - Company match up to 3%
