Job summary

Square Cow Moovers LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring Drivers and Movers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven company. You will lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews and safely operate 26 ft box trucks.

We offer paid training, daily tips, a 401(k) with company match up to 3%, and opportunities to travel for long-distance moves. Shift options include full-time and part-time in Southlake, TX.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews.
• Safely drive 26 ft box trucks to and from job sites.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods.
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews
• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs)
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $15.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience
• Paid Training
• Daily Tips – Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips
• 401(k) – Company match up to 3%
• Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves
