Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate fuel delivery trucks to fulfill schedules.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate with clients on delivery details.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues to fleet management.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures and participate in drills.

Fuel Delivery Operations:* Operate and navigate fuel delivery trucks, ensuring routes are efficiently planned to minimize delays.* Deliver various types of fuel (e.g., gasoline, diesel, heating oil) to customer locations in accordance with delivery schedules.1. Loading and Unloading Procedures:* Load fuel onto the truck at the distribution terminal, ensuring the correct amount and type of fuel is loaded.* Utilize appropriate equipment and techniques for unloading fuel safely into customer storage tanks, following all safety protocols.1. Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials, including OSHA and EPA standards.* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.* Monitor for leaks or spills during loading, transport, and unloading, and respond according to established emergency procedures.1.
