Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL driver to operate company equipment, load and unload products, and maintain accurate daily paperwork.

You will work with a local dispatcher, enjoy home most evenings and weekends, and benefit from newer, well‑maintained equipment and company uniforms.

This role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and ADS core values as you serve customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have acceptable MVR and be able to complete DOT physical and DOT drug test.
• Zero or limited driving experience accepted; one year preferred.

Job Overview

Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) is seeking a Class A CDL driver. The driver will operate company equipment, load and unload products, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of all company equipment
• Report BOL discrepancies
• Manage safe unloading at delivery destination and place product in customer’s desired location
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily paperwork (trip envelope, RMAs)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational capacity
• Adhere to company and departmental policies

Experience

• Entry level drivers accepted! Zero experience required
• One‑year verifiable driving experience preferred
