Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of stormwater solutions seeking Class A CDL drivers who deliver safely to customers on schedule. Interstate DOT requirements apply and a clean MVR is required.

You will maintain paperwork, load security, and on-time deliveries while upholding ADS core values. Competitive pay, home evenings/weekends, newer equipment, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have acceptable MVR and be able to pass DOT physical and DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate company equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report BOL discrepancies and manage unloading at delivery destination.
• Maintain up-to-date daily paperwork (trip envelopes, RMAs).
• Keep vehicle clean and ensure optimal operational capacity.
• Adhere to ADS policies and CORE VALUES.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Report equipment or payload problems or hazards and conduct in-route inspections.

ADS is a dedicated carrier that pays empty and loaded miles, and no slip seating.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safe operation of all company equipment
• Report BOL discrepancies
• Manage safe unloading at delivery destination and place product in customer’s desired location
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily paperwork (trip envelope, RMA’s)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational capacity
• Adhere to company and departmental policies
• Ensure loads are properly secured
• Perform pre/post trip inspections of all equipment
• Report equipment and payload problems/hazards
• Perform in-route inspection of all equipment
• Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES

Experience:

• Entry level drivers accepted! Zero experience required
• One-year verifiable driving experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operations)
• Must have acceptable MVR and be able to DOT physical and DOT drug test

ADS commercial vehicles are equipped with in‑cab cameras to support and enhance driver safety. All ADS employees and contracted drivers operating a commercial motor vehicle in the ADS fleet are required to sign a Consent to Collection of In‑Cab System Data (‘Consent Form’).
