Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems in Missouri seeks drivers to operate company equipment safely and deliver to customers. You will report BOL discrepancies, unload at delivery locations, and maintain accurate daily paperwork while enjoying home time most evenings and weekends and being paid for hub miles and drops.

The role offers newer equipment, company-paid uniforms, and local dispatch support, with eligible benefits and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21 years of age or older.
• MVR acceptable and able to pass DOT physical and DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate company equipment safely.
• Report BOL discrepancies and manage unloading at delivery destination.
• Maintain daily paperwork (trip envelopes, RMAs).
• Ensure loads are secured and vehicle kept clean.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and report issues.
• Adhere to ADS core values and policies.

ADS is a dedicated carrier that pays empty and loaded miles, and no slip seating.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safe operation of all company equipment
• Report BOL discrepancies
• Manage safe unloading at delivery destination and place product in customer’s desired location
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily paperwork (trip envelope, RMA’s)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational capacity
• Adhere to company and departmental policies
• Ensure loads are properly secured
• Perform pre/post trip inspections of all equipment
• Report equipment and payload problems/hazards
• Perform in-route inspection of all equipment
• Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES

Experience:

• Entry level drivers accepted! Zero experience required
• One-year verifiable driving experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operations)
• Must have acceptable MVR and be able to DOT physical and DOT drug test

ADS commercial vehicles are equipped with in‑cab cameras to support and enhance driver safety. All ADS employees and contracted drivers operating a commercial motor vehicle in the ADS fleet are required to sign a Consent to Collection of In‑Cab System Data (‘Consent Form’).
