Driver Merchandiser Assistant Wanted - GREAT PAY!

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist driver in delivering products to customers
• Unload products
• Merchandise customer accounts, including stocking, display, and rotation according to company standards
• Pick up company property
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements
• Six months of relevant work experience (e.g., distribution warehouse, grocery, construction, healthcare, etc.) involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and moving equipment safety
