Driver Merchandiser Assistant Wanted - GREAT PAY!

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unloading products
3. Merchandising customer accounts
4. Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
5. Picking up company property
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, or similar physical labor roles)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or delivery
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and moving equipment
