Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assist driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unload products
3. Merchandise customer accounts
4. Maintain customer relationships, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
5. Pick up company property
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
3. At least 6 months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, etc.)
4. Reliable transportation, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
5. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
6. Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

1. Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store work
2. Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and working around moving equipment
