Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assists driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloads product
• Merchandises customer accounts
• Maintains customer relationships, merchandise, display, and rotates products according to company standards
• Pick up company property
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, or similar roles involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature environments)
• Reliable automobile, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage as per law and company standards
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery stocking, local delivery, or unloading
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and working around moving equipment
