Job description

Position: Delivery and Merchandising Associate

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Manage people or processes as assigned.
3. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist drivers in delivering products to customers.
• Unload products.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure proper merchandising, display, and rotation of products according to company standards.
• Pick up company property.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age or meet minimum legal age requirements.
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience, such as working in a distribution warehouse, construction, grocery, or healthcare environment involving heavy lifting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery stocking, or delivery.
• Prior customer service experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to handle temperature changes, high noise levels, and work around moving equipment.
