The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering happiness to our customers across a specific route, On Time and In Full. You will ensure merchandise is stocked on shelves and in coolers, and manage product rotation effectively. You will serve as an ambassador for our renowned brand to customers and consumers alike.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Invoice and collect payments, settle accounts daily.
• Pick up company property and handle returns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow established safety, health, environment, and quality policies.
• Participate actively in hazard mitigation efforts.
• Complete assigned health and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A Driver's License and a clean MVR.
• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market, including navigating busy streets and parking lots.
• Understanding of load accuracy and stability checks.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience is a plus.
• Experience with grocery stores or consumer products is advantageous.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, push 50+ pounds repeatedly, and perform other physical tasks listed.
