Job summary

Provado Mobile Health is seeking independent Mobile Care Providers to transport dialysis patients using their own vehicle. You will work as an independent contractor, earning base rate plus mileage for member-loaded miles, with weekly direct deposit and pre-scheduled routes.

Candidates must be 21+ years old, hold a valid driver’s license for 2+ years, own a clean mid-size 4-door vehicle, and pass background and driving checks.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger).
• Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
• Have a good Driving Record - No more than one moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (3) years.

Pay & Contractor Status

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Drivers earn a base rate plus mileage for member loaded miles.

Vehicle Requirements

• Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
• No vans or gas guzzlers
• Your name MUST be listed on the Registration and Insurance of the vehicle you will use.

General Preliminary Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
• Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
• Have a good Driving Record - No more than one moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (3) years.

Network Onboarding Requirements:

• Clean background & driving record
• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete online)
• Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (3 - 4 hrs each; provided)

Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer - simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
