Job summary

Provado Mobile Healthcare is seeking professional, punctual Mobile Care Providers to drive members of select health plans to and from dialysis appointments. You will use your own vehicle, maintain pre-scheduled routes, and ensure on-time transportation in a flexible, independent role.

As an independent contractor, you will be paid weekly via direct deposit with earnings based on base rate plus mileage. A clean background and valid license are required, along with smartphone access and training

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old and have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition and be listed on the vehicle registration/insurance.
• Have a clean background with no felonies or violent/sexual crimes in the past 7 years; maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive to pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments and long/short distance trips.
• Maintain steady routes with weekday availability and predictable income.
• Provide transportation to dialysis patients as an independent Mobile Care Provider.

• Monday–Friday
• Availability window options (create an 8-hour shift) :6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Details

Pay & Contractor Status

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Drivers earn a base rate plus mileage for member loaded miles.
• Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen.
• Paidweekly via direct deposit

Vehicle Requirements

• Fuel-efficient vehicle with agood MPG rating
• No vans or gas guzzlers
• Your name MUST be listed on the Registration and Insurance of the vehicle you will use.

General Preliminary Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
• Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
• Have a good Driving Record - No more than one moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (3) years.

Network Onboarding Requirements:

• Clean background & driving record
• Own anAndroid or iOS smartphone(or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certified(or willing to complete online)
• CompleteCTAA PASSandNSC Driver Safetyonline training (3 - 4 hrs each; provided)

Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer – simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
