Job summary

MagReTech, LLC in Bellevue, OH is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Delivery Associate to move parts and merchandise between locations and support warehouse operations.

The role blends driving on-site and over-the-road work, forklift and skid steer training, and hands-on loading and unloading. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with a $19/hour pay and incentives after 90 days.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required with clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and skid steers is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient daily delivery and pickup routes.
• Load delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Deliver parcels to correct addresses and obtain signatures as needed.
• Pickup parcels along the scheduled route, including returns and company orders.
• Receive, distribute, and store products in designated locations.
• Maintain records of materials received and shipped.
• Review shipments for quality and accuracy; verify accompanying documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of shipping details and expedite as needed.
• Transport and load materials and finished goods (manually or with hand trucks).
• Maintain truck mileage and delivery records.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when routes are completed.

Job Summary

The position requires the movement of parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another and the transport of materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations.

• Driving will be on site & over the road - only 50% of the time
• Training in both warehouse operations (receiving & shipping) which will make up the other 50% of the time
• Must be willing to work in warehouse while driving is not needed
• Must be willing to drive forklift and skid steer (with training provided)
• Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Will be loading & unloading trucks themselves
• Incentive bonuses after 90 days of employment

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
• Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
• Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
• Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
• Confirms shipping details or special instructions; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule.
• Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks, skid steerer and skids).
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to plan delivery routes.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Education and Experience

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• . Valid CDL license required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
