Job summary

MagReTech, LLC in Bellevue, OH is seeking a full-time delivery driver with warehouse responsibilities. You will plan routes, load and unload trucks, and deliver parcels to designated addresses while maintaining accurate records and safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL A and clean driving record, ability to operate forklifts with training, and flexibility for on-site work Monday–Friday. Incentive bonuses apply after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CDL A license is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate hand trucks and basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute an efficient daily delivery and pickup route.
• Load delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Deliver parcels to correct addresses and obtain signatures when required.
• Pick up parcels along route, including items to be returned or company orders.
• Maintain records of materials received and shipped and verify documents for accuracy.
• Expedite shipments affecting manufacturing schedule when needed.
• Operate forklifts/skid steer with training.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when routes are completed.

Job Summary

The position requires the movement of parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another and the transport of materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations.

• Driving will be on site & over the road - only 50% of the time
• Training in both warehouse operations (receiving & shipping) which will make up the other 50% of the time
• Must be willing to work in warehouse while driving is not needed
• Must be willing to drive forklift and skid steer (with training provided)
• Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Will be loading & unloading trucks themselves
• Incentive bonuses after 90 days of employment

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
• Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
• Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
• Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
• Confirms shipping details or special instructions; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule.
• Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks, skid steerer and skids).
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to plan delivery routes.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Education and Experience

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid CDL license required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.

Job Type: Full-time & in person

Pay: $19.00 per hour
