Job summary

Schneider in Keasbey, NJ is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful delivery operations. You will act as a link between the business, drivers and customers, with a focus on safety, performance coaching and payroll oversight.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and collaborative problem solving. Working hours are on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturday coverage.
