Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Warrensburg, MO to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

The role is on-site, first shift, full-time, with responsibilities spanning payroll, home time and coaching, and cross-team collaboration to improve retention and service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
