Job summary

Schneider in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. You will act as a link between the business, drivers and customers.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, with responsibilities including coaching drivers, managing payroll and home time, and working with multiple teams to improve retention and drive business.
