Job summary

Schneider in Laredo, TX is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management.

As a link between the business, our drivers and customers, you will oversee daily operations, coach drivers, manage payroll and home time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retention and service. This role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule, with first shift hours, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
