Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Midway, GA is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management.

The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers, coordinating safety, performance, payroll and home time. You will balance the needs of customers, drivers and the business, provide proactive coaching, collaborate with multiple teams to identify solutions, and drive retention and service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
