Swift Transportation in Decatur, GA is seeking a results-oriented operations supervisor to lead a fleet of 10+ drivers and optimize profitability.

You will develop drivers, monitor performance, ensure on-time home time, and uphold safety standards while balancing P/L responsibilities. Join a company with a long history of industry leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts.
• Ability to lead others.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity.
• Routinely review P/L for assigned area and maximize profitability.
• Develop high performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and reinforcement.
• Meet drive home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets.

Pay Range: $50,900.00 - $61,800.00 Annual
