Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a CDL B truck driver for home daily routes in West Plains, Missouri. You will safely load, transport, and deliver bulk items to local customers, performing inspections and maintaining CDL compliance.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, quarterly safety bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K with match, and HSA. Generous PTO and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• CDL B license and tanker endorsements are required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and clean driving record.
• Hazmat and ELD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver bulk items to local customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance standards.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for routes and delivery updates.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
