Job summary

Detroit Institute of Arts in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Driver, Lot to safely move, park, and transport vehicles within the remarketing center. You will help with vehicle flow through inspection, detailing, and auction preparation and day-of operations.

Responsibilities include driving vehicles to designated areas, maintaining inventory layout, and assisting with auction staging while adhering to safety procedures and logs where required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and report any safety hazards.
• Complete necessary logs and paperwork, as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
