Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Burney, CA is seeking a skilled Driver - Log Truck to operate log trucks in compliance with traffic laws, load and secure logs, and transport to destinations. The role includes daily truck inspections and using onboard time/load tracking to meet dispatch schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A license, medical card, clean DMV record and good work references.
• 1 year of commercial truck driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive log trucks in accordance with traffic laws.
• Load and secure log loads and transport to destination.
• Perform daily inspection of truck.
• Learn and operate onboard computerized time and load info tracking.
• Meet dispatch schedules on time.
• Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
