Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation Range: $47,300 - $59,000

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise driver performance per Variant policies, DOT regulations, and other laws.
• Manage multiple drivers, addressing performance, training, and support needs.
• Ensure driver satisfaction and safety over the road.
• Make recommendations regarding promotions and terminations.
• Address driver issues and disputes promptly.
• Promote safe operations and compliance.
• Manage driver capacity, truck count, and performance metrics.
• Maintain on-time service, coordinate with Customer Service for service issues.
• Communicate service deviations and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold company culture.
• Assist drivers via calls, chats, and emails regarding delays, trailers, payroll, etc.
• Participate in meetings, training, and in-person engagement with staff and customers.
• Monitor KPIs related to P&L, safety, fuel, and utility management.

Supervisory Responsibility: 30-50 Drivers

What We’re Looking For:

Education: 4-year degree or equivalent required

Experience: 2+ years in driver or customer-facing roles

Skills/Certifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Judgment and problem-solving abilities
