Compensation Range: $47,300 - $59,000

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Driver Leader to execute our initiatives daily with a focus on driver satisfaction and customer service. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to industry changes and daily challenges. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising driver performance per Variant policies and regulations
  • Managing multiple drivers, including new hires and those needing training
  • Ensuring driver satisfaction over the road
  • Making performance and employment recommendations
  • Addressing driver issues and disputes
  • Promoting safe operations
  • Managing driver capacity and fleet performance
  • Ensuring on-time service and addressing service issues
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to promote company culture and values
  • Assisting drivers via calls, chats, and emails
  • Participating in meetings and training sessions
  • Engaging with customers to establish rapport and communication

Supervisory Responsibility: 30-50 Drivers

What We’re Looking For

Education: 4-year degree or equivalent required

Experience: 2+ years in driver or customer-facing roles

Skills/Certifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
