Swift Transportation is seeking a capable operations leader to oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers, ensuring productive scheduling, profitability and safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

The successful candidate will review area P/L, drive home-time adherence, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Pay Range:

$50,900.00 - $72,700.00 Annual
