Driver/Laborers are vital to our company, providing portable restroom services at events, construction sites, and recreational areas. You will be assigned daily routes via tablet, communicating with dispatch and customers. Your duties include safely picking up, delivering, moving, and servicing portable restrooms using a company stake-bed/pumper truck and trailer.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick-up, deliver, and move portable restroom equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform service duties including evacuating waste tanks, cleaning, stocking, and dating units.
• Operate a specialized stake-bed/pumper vac-truck and tow trailers loaded with restrooms.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately, such as work orders and DOT logs.
• Work independently, maintain productivity, and communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
• Provide excellent customer service through strong communication and observation skills.
• Follow all DOT regulations, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Use technology and navigation tools to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C or CDL with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs regularly.
• Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions year-round.
• Availability to work on all days, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, with potential for longer hours during peak season.
• Commitment to safety and a drug-free workplace.

Pay Range

$25.75 per hour, based in Waukegan, Illinois
