Hiring Immediately

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers. Starting pay is $18 - $23 per hour plus tips. A driver’s license is required, but no experience or CDL is necessary. The process for interview and hiring is quick.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18 - $23 / hour plus tips and bonuses
• Additional pay opportunities include:
• $2 per hour DAILY BONUS
• Optional interstate moves
• Overtime hours
• Pay raise within the first year if performance metrics are met

Hours

• Full-time and part-time schedules available, Monday through Saturday

About The Role

• Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and conduct a walk-through of the premises
• Act as the team leader for your moving team and execute a game plan for the move
• Provide exceptional customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload the truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection accurately
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations

Paid Training

• All employees are trained on how to safely lift and move furnishings and boxes
• You will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and supported in obtaining your DOT medical card

Experience in driving, delivery, general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory work, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful.
