Shaw Construction in Morgan County, UT is hiring a Driver Labor Coordinator to support our job site. This role blends driving, coordination, and hands-on labor, with long days but opportunities for overtime.

You will shuttle superintendents, coordinate with the labor supplier, perform general site tasks, and help with day-to-day logistics and crew communication. Schedule is 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with ample overtime.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Some construction experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to handle long days on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van.
• Coordinate daily with our labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift.
• Perform general labor work on site as needed.
• Support day to day site logistics and communication between crews.
• Schedule 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Plenty of overtime available.
