Responsibilities include transporting Superintendents, coordinating with the labor supplier, and performing on-site labor as needed to keep projects on schedule. Prior supervisory experience and bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to handle long days on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van.
• Coordinate daily with labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift.
• Perform general labor work on-site as needed.
• Support day-to-day site logistics and communication between crews.
