We are seeking a Driver | Installer to safely and efficiently deliver and install Wenger products, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

As a Driver | Installer, your typical day may include:

• Operating a company vehicle (van or semi-truck) safely and legally to deliver Wenger products, maintaining all DOT compliance and licensing.
• Supervising and guiding personnel on the job site for high-quality and efficient installation of Wenger products.
• Recording, calculating, and paying labor hired on-site, complying with all regulations.
• Using or supervising the use of power and hand tools safely.
• Providing clear written reports on deliveries and installations, including recommendations for customer issue resolution.
• Meeting productivity and profitability goals.
• Ensuring safety compliance for yourself and your crew according to workplace and trade standards.

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma
• Five years of driving, mechanical, carpentry, or supervisory experience
• Drug and alcohol-free driving record

Preferred qualifications:

• Two years of additional technical training
• Current valid CDL and medical exam (preferred but not required)
