Overview

Driver in Uniontown, PA – TSMG Holding (Terry Soot Management Group) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe.

The project involves collecting images of streets, points of interest and public areas using vehicles with 360-degree cameras mounted on top. The data collected will be used to enhance one of the world’s most popular online maps. Data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, including commercial districts and historic sites. Some areas may be visited multiple times due to weather conditions to obtain the best imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area and traffic trends, and is highly responsible and reliable. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week; overtime may be available.

Responsibilities

• Drive specific routes around public streets and areas, targeting commercial districts and historic sites.
• Operate a vehicle equipped with 360-degree cameras and store images on in-vehicle computers.
• Collect images as part of a project to improve a major online map.
• Visit areas multiple times as needed due to weather to ensure high-quality imaging.
• Adhere to the project schedule and cover different city/state zones over the project duration (at least 3 months).
