Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino in Georgia is seeking a skilled local truck driver. The role focuses on transporting heavy equipment safely, setting up at customer sites, and maintaining delivery records.

You will work a Mon-Fri schedule and be home each night, with opportunities to travel overnight as needed. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, and experience with roll-off or winch trucks; tanker endorsement and TWIC card are important assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and 6+ months roll-off experience preferred.
• TWIC card and tanker endorsement required or preferred.
• 21+ years of age and clean driving record.
• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks is preferred.
• Hazmat endorsement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to local customers.
• Survey property, set up, and secure equipment on site.
• Inspect vehicle regularly for proper maintenance and upkeep.
• Document work performed on deliveries and pickups.
• May transport non-hazardous loads to landfills when needed.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Our goal is to provide customers with effective, efficient, ecological solutions for their liquid & solid temporary storage, pumping, and filtration needs. We offer a M-F schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/ from local customers
• Survey customer property, set up, & secure equipment on the property
• Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
• Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups
• May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed

Equipment Used

• Truck: heavy duty, winch trucks
• Tractor trailers: Both hydraulic and gas powered
• Unit trailers
• Telephone, radio, handheld dispatch equipment & computer
• Load pulling/load securement chains, straps, winch

Qualifications

This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.

Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate (experience within the last 7 years preferred).
• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred).
• Valid Tanker Endorsement required.
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred.
• Towing experience preferred.
• 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid medical certificate, physically qualified to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level.
• Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.
