Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Driver Helper in Lincoln, NE. You will assist the Route Driver by picking up tires from retail locations, loading and stacking tires up to 50 lbs, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Homeland Security clearance.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Teamwork and effective collaboration with the Route Driver.
• Adherence to safety procedures and loading/unloading protocols.
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled routes and hours.
• Clear communication with store staff and co-workers.
• Attention to detail in tire loading and securing loads.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
• Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring organization and safety.
• Perform heavy lifting of tires weighing up to 50 lbs each.
• Adhere to company safety protocols during loading and unloading.
• Assist with truck inspections and maintain a clear loading area.
• Communicate with store personnel and Route Driver for timely pickups.
• Follow established routes and schedules for tire collection.
• Help keep the truck bed and work area clean and organized.
