Summary

Assist the driver with all aspects of customer delivery and product merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Unload, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure delivered products are undamaged and in proper condition (packaging intact).
• Follow proper procedures and code products appropriately (disposition, destroy, repackage, good return) when picking up products.
• Follow proper driver and work methods to prevent product damage on trucks.
• Adhere to company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies.
• Participate actively in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 0-1 year of general work experience required.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Ability to obtain manual/powered pallet jack certification.
