Summary

Assist the driver with all aspects of customer delivery and product merchandising.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8-10 hour shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

1. Unload, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
2. Maintain customer relationships.
3. Ensure delivered products are undamaged and in proper condition (packaging intact).
4. Follow proper procedures and code products appropriately (disposition, destroy, repackage, good return) during pickup.
5. Follow proper driver and work methods to minimize potential damage to products on the truck.
6. Adhere to company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies.
7. Participate actively in Hazard Mitigation.
8. Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License.
3. 0-1 year of general work experience.
4. Experience in grocery or consumer product retail preferred.
5. Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks or hand trucks.
6. Ability to obtain certification for manual/powered pallet jacks.
