Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading pick‑up and delivery operations.
• Process shipments through the driver app and make 30‑minute pre‑calls to customers.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners.
• Use power tools to assemble furniture, uncrate medical equipment, and handle other cargo.
• Operate truck liftgates safely.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Work in a frontline, hands‑on environment supporting daily business operations.
• Follow established schedules, SOPs, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment.
• Hands‑on experience using power tools for assembly and uncrating.
• Knowledge of truck liftgate operation.
• Ability to communicate with customers and make timely pre‑calls.
