Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Driver Helper for Fresh & Ready Food Group at Oak Creek, WI. The role supports catering operations, delivers food and supplies, and sets up functions under the Catering Captain's supervision.

The position is full-time, night schedule from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am, Saturday through Wednesday, with weekends required. A valid driver's license and prior warehouse/loading experience are required; driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils for removal to the Catering Department.
• Returns unserved foods and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the Catering Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• DRIVER HELPER positions.
• Location: Fresh & Ready FG WI - 10303 South Oakview Parkway, Oak Creek, WI 53154. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00 pm to 4:30 am. Weekends required. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous warehouse and loading experience required. Driving experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Captain. Delivers food and beverage using catering delivery truck to catered functions. Sets up and breaks down functions, serves, returns tables to their proper positions. Returns leftover food and equipment to the Catering Department.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law.
