Bridges Bros Movers in Exeter, NH has immediate full-time openings for Driver/Crew Chief and Movers.

Crew Chief pay is based on experience, but no less than $20/hr plus tips.
Crew Member pay is based on experience, but no less than $14/hr plus tips.
(tips average $20-$30 per day)

$1000 signing bonus for experienced Crew Chiefs.

$500 signing bonus for crew members.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 6 paid holidays after 6 months of employment.
• 1 week paid vacation & 3 sick days after 1 year of employment. (2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years of employment.)

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry furniture and other heavy objects as required by the job.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available Monday through Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
• Willingness to work as a member of a team.
• Driver candidates must have DOT medical card (CDL license not required).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform as a member of the moving team, either as a Crew Chief/Driver or as a Mover under the direction of Crew Chief.
• Lift and carry furniture and other home contents.
• Participate in training to improve skillset (packing, carrying, truck loading).

Hours are Mon-Fri plus alternating Saturdays. Hours vary based on the job, but typically 7:30-4:30.

Experience in the moving industry is not a requirement. We will train the right person who comes with a positive attitude and works hard. Opportunities for advancement will be made available to employees who show a capability and desire to take on a higher level of responsibility.
