Purpose

Assist drivers in delivering customer orders, loading and unloading products, or driving pilot vehicles for oversize loads. May deliver using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW. Work is directed by a supervisor or manager. No Commercial Motor Vehicle license required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and securing products onto delivery vehicles.
• Help drivers deliver and unload products at customer sites, including carrying items to designated areas.
• Deliver customer orders using a company vehicle and obtain proof of delivery.
• Drive pilot vehicles for oversize loads, ensuring safety compliance.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles for safety and compliance.
• Plan and manage work to meet productivity goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of relevant experience or equivalent. Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment / Physical Activity
