Job summary

Sysco Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Driver Helper/Trainee to deliver orders to customers on time and in good condition. This role requires obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 90 days and includes various physical tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 90 days of start date.
• Be 21 years or older.
• No drug or alcohol violations within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Unload and verify all returning products.
• Pad, stack, and secure items to prevent damage.
• Deliver and stack merchandise on customer premises.
• Assist Drivers off-load products to customers.
• Perform a job safely and adhere to established work schedule.

Skills

Ability to count money and keep account of merchandise

Two-wheel dolly experience

Equipment operations experience

Education

High school diploma or GED
