Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to assist a UPS package delivery driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses. Work outdoors and interact with customers, helping ensure timely deliveries. No prior experience is required, and schedules vary with business needs.

Shifts may include Monday through Saturday and holidays. You will meet your driver at a designated location, and you will not drive the brown truck.

• Must be able to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work.
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work.
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling based on business needs and availability.

Responsibilities

Ride Along with a Driver as a Seasonal Driver Helper

Looking for a physically active seasonal opportunity in your community? As a Driver Helper, you'll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This is a seasonal position that requires your flexibility. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability. Schedules vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

When assigned work, you'll meet your driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point), often near your home or within your community. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.
