Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a driver helper to assist the driver with customer delivery and product merchandising. The role supports maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring products are delivered undamaged and properly coded.

Training in safety procedures is provided. Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma or GED and relevant retail experience; a valid driver's license is required, with certification to operate pallet jacks as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 0 - 1 year of general work experience required.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jack or hand truck.
• Ability to obtain manual/powered pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (undamaged, packaging intact).
• Ensure proper procedure is followed and product is coded appropriately (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Proper driver and work methods must be followed to lessen any potential to damaging product on truck.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
