Job summary

Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company in Mountville, PA is hiring delivery drivers to unload and deliver foodservice and retail products across the Mid-Atlantic region. No CDL is required; training is provided to start a career in transportation with room to advance.

Typical schedule is home daily with 3-day work weeks, early morning starts around 1:00–4:00 am, and 9–12 hour days. Employees receive paid orientation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of delivery experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Unload product to designated delivery areas at customer locations.
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the trailer.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average hourly pay of $14.25 - $18.00/hour with opportunity to earn more with additional routes!
• Pay includes $80 per day base rate + $0.09-$0.13 per piece.

Schedule

• Home daily
• Local and regional routes
• 3-day work week, additional routes/days available if interested!
• Delivery 700 - 900 pieces per day
• Early morning start times (typically 1:00 am – 4:00 am)
• 9 – 12 hour days
