Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal Driver Helper to assist a UPS driver with deliveries in your community. You’ll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

No driving is required by you; you’ll meet the driver at a designated location. Shifts vary, including Monday through Saturday, and some peak periods. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy boots or slip-resistant shoes for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required, depending on business needs

Ride Along with a Driver as a Seasonal Driver Helper

Looking for a physically active seasonal opportunity in your community? As a Driver Helper, you'll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This is a seasonal position that requires your flexibility. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability. Schedules vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

When assigned work, you'll meet your driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point), often near your home or within your community. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

Please Note: This is a seasonal position; schedules vary from day to day.
