Job summary

Watkins Distributing, LLC is a family-owned beverage distributor serving Idaho and Montana. Driver Helpers support local routes, working with drivers to get products safely and efficiently to customers.

In this role you will assist with delivery, unload with pallet jack or hand truck, stock coolers and displays, rotate products, and communicate clearly with drivers and store personnel. Regular lifting of 20–30 lbs and occasional heavy lifts are required, with safety and standards in mind.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrates time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Able to operate standard handheld computer devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
• Rotate product according to company standards.
• Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product.
• Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Driver Helpers support local delivery routes within an assigned territory, working with drivers to get product safely and efficiently to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
• Rotate product according to company standards.
• Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product.
• Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing 20–30 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a range of weather conditions.
