Driver Helper Position

The Driver Helper will assist the driver in unloading and delivering products on the route. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the driver with routes involving multiple stops.
2. Placing delivered products in designated storage locations at each stop according to customer requests.
3. Maintaining accuracy of deliveries and preventing damage through proper handling.
4. Following the company’s safety standards.
5. Representing Ben E. Keith with professionalism, a positive attitude, and appropriate dress.
6. Helping read maps and directions with the driver.
7. Reporting delays, accidents, or traffic issues to the base.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of over 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of over 100 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Ben E. Keith prioritizes driver safety, utilizing dash cameras with artificial intelligence to monitor safe driving, capture safety events, and support accident exoneration. Drivers sign a consent form upon hire acknowledging this policy.
