Job summary

Augment is hiring Driver Helpers in Colorado Springs to join a fast-paced environmental services team. This role keeps neighborhoods clean, offers active outdoor work, and provides steady full-time hours.

You'll ride along with the driver, assist with pickups, lift and load containers, and ensure safety at all times. Background check and drug screening are required; outdoor work in all weather is expected.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

The Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in neighborhoods, business parks, or industrial areas.
• Fast-moving team-based environment—safety and communication are key.
• PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided.
